Locked on White Sox host Todd Welter was raised in Johnsburg, IL. as a diehard White Sox fan in the heart of Cubs country. He attended Marquette University and after graduation went on to cover the Milwaukee Brewers for a decade for outlets such as Newsradio 620WTMJ and the Associated Press.
